We're successful as a network because of your support. The NTMN never has and never will charge its members to learn and network (what a silly concept anyway!).
We now need your help. To provide great services to our members we need volunteer groups to manage five different services/programs. Please read the descriptions below and sign up for the one that you're best able to help with.

- NTMN webinars: You will identify top quality speakers, schedule the webinars, publicize them through existing NTMN channels, prepare the speakers and manage the webinar itself (using NTMN provided software.)
- NTMN website research page: This section of our website needs a team to hunt down the latest relevant research from top consulting firms/universities and get it posted on this page. You will need a discriminating eye for quality research.
- Manage conference vendor relationships: We are often asked to publicize HR-related conferences. They want us to provide marketing support through our site and direct mailings. Your job -- should you accept it -- is to strike the most advantageous deal for NTMN members! Discounts, free tickets, speaking slots -- bargain hard!
- Manage and grow the Talent Innovation Awards: We had a great first year and your group will expand this concept to make the TIAs the premier award in our field. How to do it? That's up to you!
- City Group global coordinator(s): Two responsibilities here -- make sure existing City Groups are supported appropriately and support the start up of new groups. You'll diagnose what support both groups need and develop and deliver the same!
Your help is essential for the NTMN to provide its members with the benefits they deserve. Please volunteer today!
