Welcome to our new site!!

Welcome to our new site!  We've invested in this new site to provide you with more information on talent management, more networking opportunities and more ways to contribute to the talent management community!  Our new site reflects our continued investment in the talent management community and belief that networking and learning should be free!

  • City Group pages:  Every City Group can now communicate directly with its members and the larger NTMN community through their own page.  You can also automatically sign up for a City Group when your register or update your profile information.
  • Member profiles:  You can now create a secure member profile and create a login ID and password. We may create Member Only sections of the site, so this will help us ensure the right people get access.
  • Member and expertise search function: If you want to network with members having specific expertise, you can search our member directory.  This only works if everyone updates their profiles, so update your profile now!
  • Book reviews: We're providing you with quick insights to recently released books on relevant TM topics.
  • Advertising opportunities: You may have noticed that there are ads on the site and Member Special offers from consulting firms and others.  If you want to advertise your organization to a focused audience of talent management professionals, this is the place to be.

We've included ads based on your member survey responses about how to fund improvements like the new website, webinar software, etc. You were clear that you didn't want to pay and suggested that others should.  Ads allow us to lose less money and provide more services!
I hope you enjoy the new site and feel it's a marked improvement.  Thanks for being a member of the New Talent Management Network!

  1. Marc,

Nice site. A couple of suggestions (or if I'm not seeing these things, I need a bit of education):

    - how to delete a profile?
    - need an option to recall username, not just password (ideally, fill in the blank w/e-mail and information is auto-forwarded)
    - need a "contact us" option
    - nice to have: selecting multiple city/state focus areas, e.g. I'd like at least to choose New York *and* New Jersey, since both are relevant to my work.

    Thanks for reading!
    Rick
